1. About these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Omview marketing website at https://omview.care (the “Website”), operated by Cat-Angel (“Omview”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. The Omview application, available separately at app.omview.care, is governed by its own terms of service and end-user license agreement, provided at the point of account creation.

2. The Website

The Website is an informational, static marketing site. It does not require an account, does not process patient or clinical data, and does not connect to the Omview application backend. Content on the Website — including pricing, feature descriptions and the case study on our Our Story page — is provided for informational purposes and may be updated from time to time.

3. Forms and submissions

Where you submit information through a form on the Website (for example, to book a demonstration, request a school meeting, or refer a clinician), you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share any third-party details you include (for example, a clinician's name and practice, when referring them to us). We use submitted information solely to respond to your request, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual property

The Omview name, logo, and all content, design and materials on the Website are the property of Cat-Angel or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from Website content without our prior written consent.

5. No medical advice

Content on the Website, including the case study and any product descriptions, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Omview is a coordination and reporting tool intended to support, not replace, the clinical judgement of a qualified healthcare professional. Decisions about diagnosis, medication or treatment should always be made by a qualified clinician.

6. Pricing

Pricing displayed on the Website is indicative and subject to change. Confirmed pricing for your practice will be provided during the demo or onboarding process.

7. Limitation of liability

The Website and its content are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Cat-Angel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
